Eek! Stay safe, little e!!! Is that a hurricane?
It's just hot here. We had a pretty bad thunderstorm last night. Torrential downpour, high winds...the reain was coming sideways. Luckily it was over in about an hour. I got to drive in it though..yippee...
I hope the bad weather misses you.

Carol, that is Tropical Storm Dolly. So far, she's not a hurricane, but could become one. She's supposed to hit around Brownsville. I'm in Corpus Christi. We're looking at bad thunderstorms, wind and possible flooding, but I'm still scarred. I fear Mother Nature. EDIT: She's now a category 1 hurricane. Yikes!
Huntress, we will stay indoors. We have food and water for 3 days. Phoenix did make that custom in my avatar. He's perfect, and I love him. So much. Thanks for noticing.

Thanks ladies.
We're supposed to get tons of rain tomorrow and wind gusts up to 50mph. I like rain, but not angry rain! I'll keep you all updated, as long as I have electricity. Thanks for caring. Sweet little loves.
How's the weather where you live?

We are baking here at about 90 degrees and above, and it's really mild for us at this time of year. Usually it's above 100. I hate heat with all my might and it's not one way relationship either, heat let's me know every time ;D I really do hope that you stay okay and everyone is safe Keep my fingers crossed. If I could I'd give you some sunshine in the exchange for some rain

I hope everything is OK - at least Dolly is a weak hurricane. The last powerful hurricane that hit Puerto Rico was 10 years ago, a category 3 - Georges destroyed the island, it was a very painful experience, so please take care!
Our temperature today was 96... but it is so humid, like an oven, but we have hot temperature all year around, that's why we escape to the beaches!

I hope it passes and don't cause any trouble.
Be safe!!
Regards.
P.S: I don't know why is rainning so much in US (during the whole year)... I think it was not this way a couple years ago...

E, I'm sorry for your bad weather. I hope Dolly weakens. Hurricanes are scary! Best of luck!
Our weather here is upper 90's. Not too humid.

Thank you ladies!!! I'm in Corpus Christi. Thankfully not in Brownsville, where the eye is gonna hit! At 9am the rain and wind were BAD here! But only for a while. Since then, it's been a constant light to medium rain. No threat of floods yet. But I'll keep you all updated. Thanks everyone, you make me feel so special.
