Thanks so much Carol. That is a great idea about renting them cuz your right they are expensive to get a game that you don't like.
I love the Wii Fit although it wore me out.
It started out by insulting me lol. Called me OBESE LOL. And my Wii Fit age is 62 wow. lol
I think I'm really gunna like it. I watched my son do the Wii Fit too and I was laughing so hard I was cryin. He was trying to do the ski game where you go thru the gates and he was missing alot of them. He said it's not funny mom this is harder than it looks. lol
Bottom line is I love this and I am so happy I got it. Thanks for everyone's help.

Oh, the skiing game is HARD!! I hit at least half of the sticks. I'm sure I look insanely ridiculous when I do it.
I really like the ski jump one. I still think I look silly, but it's so cool.
My husband was trying to act like he wasn't watching me do it, but I'm sure he was out of the corner of his eyes and laughing inside the whole while.
Enjoy!

OMG I did my Wii FIt today. My body is screaming at me OUCH!! Just tells how out of shape this OBESE body is BF was watching me and laughing at me when I was doing the hula hoop aerobics and the balance skiing game. Then he got on and did the hula hoop and he looks so funny. I'm gunna video him next time lol.. Then the Balance Soccer game is hilarious. My son was playing the soccer game where you hit the balls with your head. I was laughing so hard at him because he was doing great heading the balls until they started kicking soccer cleats and hitting him with them. He said OMG what the H--L are they kicking at me. I almost wet my pants I was laughing so hard at him. So today I played it and I sucked That will take some practice for me LOL. So I excercised for 20 minutes today. YAHOO!! I purchased the Mario Kart with the wheel tonight cuz my son really wanted to play that one. I also got a Sonic game cuz I loved to play it when my son had a Sega. Then for the BF I got the Wii Zapper Gun that came with the Links crossbow training cuz he loves to hunt. So I probably won't get much sleep tonight cuz I will be playing LOL.

I really didn't think I would but they are truly good exercises. We played Mario Kart yesterday and I came in 12th place everytime I played the my BF. Then I played my son and I came in 3rd. ;D Did you use the wheel or the remote/nunchuk? I used both yesterday and I think I prefer the remotes.

Redracyma or anyone else who might know,
How do you unlock things in MarioKart. Thats my husbands and my favourite game and we have yet to unlock anything. Is it something specific we have to do or is it just time spent playing??
Thanks

I'd love to get this game and try it, but I have had NO luck in finding a Wii! I've been looking for over a year, and I have never seen them in stores. I may be able to get one in the next five years or so, but if the Xbox takes some of the business, maybe a bit sooner!
I'm glad people are having success with the fit, though. I was wondering about that, since we need to do something to get our butts off the sofa!

I was wondering about that, since we need to do something to get our butts off the sofa! I got my Wii Bundle for 2 player off of ebay. They are really hard to find in the store and I just gave up on that. I did find the Wii Fit at Walmart and it was only 90.00 and those go for much more on ebay. The Wii's go anywhere from 390.00 (what I got mine for) and a little over 400.00 on ebay. That's if you want the Bundle. I got a good deal I think cuz I also got the Wii Play with mine which gave me the extra remote. It goes for 40.00 in the stores. Anyway I really wanted it so ebay was my only option and I'm so glad I got it. As for the Wii Fit. If you don't exercise on a given day it lets you know it missed you so it makes you feel really quilty about being a couch potato for the day LOL..

Thanks for the reply, I am going to have to print that incredibly long list off as I will never remember even a fraction of it. Clearly I have not been spending enough time playing (too much time off in Webkinz world instead!!) I very frequently place 1st or 2nd but I dont know if its time trials that we play or something else. I will have to challenge my husband to a marathon session of MarioKart and see if we can get some stuff unlocked. Thanks Again
