I didn't get a chance to play that much on the Wii fit today, but I did get a chance to yesterday!
I did the body test over and my Wii age dropped to 20. Only one year older than my actual age! I'm almost there!
I've also become really fond of the super hula hoop, I find that it really works the core muscles in the lower abdomen.
One of the new strength exercises that I unlocked was the plank. And boy oh boy is that tough!! 30 seconds isn't bad, but when I attempted the 60 second plank, I was hurtin'!

Tonight I was only 37 years old. That's only one year older than I am, so I was pleased. ;D I was obsessed with getting through that Bubble Balance game. I had to play it 25 times, but I finally made it all the way down the river. Whew! I was starting to get really irritated. I know I've always marvelled when my husband gets so mad at a video game. I just want to say, "Why do you keep playing if it makes you so mad?" But I understood tonight. I was getting so mad and cussing and yelling at the game. But I kept playing. It was the challenge...I had to get down that river. I HAD to!! And I did. I also liked Super Hula Hoop. I've only played a couple times though. I'd like to try the hula hoop games every day though, trying to work those abs.

Congratulations on completing the bubble game, mrsvalden! That is tough game, I tried it today a couple times and I only made it to 897 yards! I kept popping my bubble on the big mountain/rock thing!
I also did the Island Lap today in the basic run section, that was a pretty long run for running in place, I think it took like 10 or 12 minutes. I got a 192% burn rate, I thought, is that even possible??? Maybe it was skewed because I was holding the remote, because I didn't have any pockets. At any rate, I did enjoy it!! Running is one of my passions. I ran cross country as a freshman in high school, but switched to play on my high school's soccer team in my sophomore year (I had been playing on a local travel team up until then). However, even after I switched I always kept up with running. There is just something about a good run, the adrenaline rush, the endorphins..I don't know, but I love it!

I really want to try this, but I can't afford a Wii I hope to be able to in the next year or 2 maybe, though, will have to give it a try then! Looks like a fun way to exercise!

Well we went out and got our Wii last week. It occured to me that I had enough PC points (a canadian bank where the points can be redeemed for anything in the grocery stores) to buy my Wii. I got the Wii, the Play game with Extra remote, an extra nunchuk, the charging station, 2 extra batteries, and 3 games all for free!!!!! Unfortunately I now have no points left to be able to buy the fit (I haven't been able to find it anyway) so I have to save up actual cash for it. Reading what everyone's saying I just want it more though.

Is it easy to find it in the stores? I'm not sure. I pre-ordered mine, but I did over hear one of the sales associates telling a customer that they were sold out except for preorders. But then again, that was a month ago, so they might be easier to get a hold of now.

I also preordered mine, so I'm not sure. I don't think they had any in the store the last time I was there though. But that was only one GameStop. I'm not sure about the other stores. My mom said they don't have any at her Wal-Mart.
