Wii Fit is a "game" for the Wii console. It comes w/ the Game and the Wii Balance board. The Balance board is how you keep track of your progress and is needed for almost all the Wii Fit activities. The activities include, Strength Training, yoga, aerobics and Balance games. As you progress you unlock different exercises in each category. It really is a great game, I love it and I definitely recommend it! I have a blast every time I play! :0) THanks Kristi that sounds like alot of fun. Time to talk the BF into buying one for me. ;D Your Welcome! :0)

Thanks Laurie. When I first talked to him about it I was explaining to him about the Wii Fit. He said you won't use it if it is for exercising. Which he said that for a reason because we set up a gym with a weight bench, recumbent bike, treadmill and ablounger in our basement and neither one of us use it. I told him when I retire I sure will use it, just right now I consider myself working 2 full time jobs. My regular 8 hr job and selling on ebay. and I just don't have time right now.

I think my BF is more worried about getting it and playing games and not getting any sleep. I guess when he had his playstation he had to get rid of it because he would stay up after getting home from work (he works 3rd shift) and not sleep so he was grounchy and tired alot. So I guess I will have to monitor him and ground him from his games LOL ;D

I am so excited. I finally got my Wii and Wii Fit. I have just played a few of the games briefly but I think it will be so much fun. I am going to start using the Wii Fit tomorrow. After all that is the reason I told BF I wanted it LOL. I can't wait and hopefully I see some results on this chunky body of mine

Thanks for the incredible dialogue regarding the Wii Fit. I've seen so many seniors here coming in to TRU for their Wii's and our store was only getting 2 a week...gosh only knows why.
I appreciate it. I actually thought it was going to be another gimick that would get put aside and ignored, but you sound like you are actually enjoying yourselves. Not to mention, that there are levels to show improvement. That's encouraging!
Keep Going! You're inspiring the nations!

My son worked till 4:30 A.M. this morning and the last thing I remember him saying was he was going to play the Wii for awhile. lol That was really sweet of you to loan it to your friend. I had a great time creating my Mii. And it kinda looks like me too lol. I have a lot of learning to do with using the remotes tho. I haven't tried the nunchuk yet. I'm going to Wally world today and I'm gunna see what games they have. Any Suggestions?

If you like brain teaser type games, Big Brain Academy is kinda cool. I played it quite a bit for a while.
And I've heard other people say that Mario Cart Wii is fun, but I've never tried it. Even though I think we have it.
I also really enjoyed Endless Ocean. It's a game where you're a diver in the ocean and you find all sorts of fish and marine life and you go on missions for people to explore. It's actually very cool, and I played it religiously for a while, but then got sidetracked by life. I really want to pull it out again.
I suggest you go online and read reviews before you spend too much money on games. Theya re so expensive. Or maybe rent them before you decide to buy.
Enoy!!
