So on BBTS if you select collectors grade do you think you will get the chase versions or just really good versions of the plain ones???

Definitely not the chase ones. The only way you'll get those is either: a) buy a case and randomly get it; b) they may end up listing a chase one separately once they start getting them in, for higher prices. But you can only select collector grade on single pets, so for a case, it's all blind luck .

Thanks for noticing that. I've never heard of them before and I only clicked on a few of the individual pets, where it's not mentioned. I just now went and looked at the case sets and sure enough, there's the mention of 'chase' figures.
For myself, I will not be trying to get these no matter how cute they are. There's enough running around for me just to get the regular pets and even then I don't usually get them all.
It will be fun to see what they look like though, and if anyone on the forum has any luck finding them in stores.

Breyer did this two years ago with a certain mold and it went like this. Four scuplts were created(one in each color/breed) if you tracked down all four different sculpts(some were short packed) than you could mail away and pay $10 for the chase sculpt of a white pegusus. The only way to buy the pegsus was to track down the four sculpts and mail away for the chase one as it was never sold in stores. I gave up after buying the first sculpt It's a fun thing to do but not when scalpers get involved.

When will all those company's learn NOT to bring out rare things, or retire things early ''to make it exciting''? All it causes are people making huge bucks on ebay....
IT SUCKS.
(So, I said what I want to say... lol)

I enjoy chase figures. Finding them, not buying them off eBay. When we were actively collecting Marvel Legends, it was always a big thrill to find chase or rare figures. Especially when you find "hidden" ones. There was times when I'd find them on the very top shelf, or hidden behind other toys. Sometimes workers will hide them with the intent of buying them after their shift. Or collectors will see it, not have the funds, and hide it until they come back. It's a thrill to find one. I'm with you! I love the thrill of the hunt and the victory of finding that special one ;D Of course when I don't find one...

It's hard enough to keep up let alone having to chase pets!!
