Hi everybody  I just happened upon this site while browsing for the newest LPS with my daughter ( she's 4 and is an avid collector of the more exotic animals and LPS is one of our Father/Daughter interests.) I thought I'd just say "Hi" as my little World seems to revolve around these collectables quite a bit and this place is so much better than a quick browse through ebay and the official LPS site. I bet I've even stumbled into a few of you more local collectors at Toys R' Us or Walmart while on our search ( Belleville, Napanee, and Kingston.) |

HI there! Yay another one from my area. I live in Stirling, ONT, 20 minutes north of Belleville. Nice to know that another is so close.
I go to Kingston sometimes. But Belleville is the main area I shop. Any other stores besides TRU, Zellers and Walmart that sell the critters in Kingston? Let me know if you find anything.

Hi, Ric! It's great to have you with us!! That's so neat that you collect with your daughter. I got hooked when I saw my nephew's McDonald's LPS from a couple years ago. In that time my collection has grown to about 400, but I'm trying to keep it in check!  I hope you enjoy your time with us. There are a few other dads on the forum here as well. |

Thanks everybody I appreciate the warm welcome. As for where we go when on our LPS hunts... mainly TRU, Wal-Mart, Zellers and every once in awhile we get lucky at Loblaws. |

We don't even have one of those around here. Independent grocerers had digitals before maybe I will have to check there once in awhile. Not much though because they are all the way across town. |

Yep. I'm an Illustrator by trade. Games, toys, comics, logos, books... all that jazz. Here's a sample (more like a digital recreation of the official LPS art) of two ladybugs (yellow and common) that my daughter has seen. It's for a little personal project we are working on together.  |
