Not to sound stupid  but... why is it band to post live auctions?  is it because its advertising someones else business to make them a profit or somting like that? I feel really dumb for asking this  lol |

You don't sound stupid, Sunnie. It's a courtesy thing. Many people use Ebay to find hard to find items / items that are just released. It sometimes can create bidding wars on items that many would not have found on their own, thus upsetting those who are bidding on those items. Most message boards do not allow the posting of live links at all.

Typespeak is using the number 2 when you mean "to" or the letter C when you mean "see". For example, I'll talk 2 U L8R. (I'll talk to you later). Using typespeak really messes up the translation services for our non english speaking members. |

I have a question and I don't know where to ask it, so I hope this is okay. How do I get email notifications to the threads I post to? I click the bookmark thingie, but I never get any notification saying someone replied to that post. Please help.

Did you verifiy that the email that you have on file is correct? I think that could possibly be the culprit. If not, I'll post a message to the webhost company to see if there experiencing any problems. |
