Cute, but not $80 cute. If you all have talent at all, customizing and selling on eBay seems to be the way to make some money! I've not got an artistic bone in my body, so I'm outa' luck!

What I really like about these is that you can still tell that they are LPS. I like all the customs but I don't like to take away too much from the LPS look. Cute cats!!

I have a question for people especially in America When you search ebay do you usually only look at what is for sale in America - or do you then go and look at what is available from other countries? I have thought about maybe doing some customs but the majority of the people buying them seem to be in America so I was wondering if the people most likely to buy would even look at auctions from Australia.

I think if people were interested, it wouldn't matter all that much where you're from. Though the ending price MAY suffer slightly because people will be taking the higher shipping price into effect... I know a lot of bidders look at the prices of items as "bid + shipping," not just as the bid price with the shipping price seperate, you know what I mean?
Honestly, I'm shocked that these customs would go for so much! Clearly I'm in the wrong business, LOL!!

I have only bought one thing from outside the U.S. on eBay (2 garden gnomes from England.) I paid a lot more than I thought, simply because I didn't realize the exchange rate was almost double from pounds to dollars. But that was fine. Although, one of the gnomes was broken pretty badly when he got here. I do avoid out of the U.S. buying because of the higher shipping rate. I do always include the shipping price into my bid price, I'm afraid. But I don't think it affects a lot of other people.
