So... i have the complete Prancing Parade Ponies set. I mean complete with all of the fabrics and everything. won it from another ebayer and spent about $7 on it which includes the shipping. littlestpetshop.50webs.com/sparklingponypairs.htmhahah, i tried to get the shipping to get a little bit lower, but later i felt bad because the seller was really nice and was really trying to work with me and i think it got a little confusing for her. anyway, Should i start it at .99 and expect it to go up to or over $7, or should i start it at $7 to be on the safe side, so that i can at least make my money back. what do you girls think? especially sellers who have been selling for awhile. =] and yes, i did buy this item so that i can make extra money. =[

I started mine all at .99 and they ended at like $10-30 each for the most part, I think it might be a bad idea to do the pony sets right now though... mine is doing ok and my crystal pony has no bids, and the plagiarism jerk just put a lot of ponies up =/
maybe make a buy it now of a higher price? i imagine the set should be worth a decent bit because it has all the fabrics and stuff which i think are probably normally lost very easily... i don't know for sure because i don't collect the ponies though...

i saw that! i know that they copied some of the twinkling sled description from CanineLuv also. hahahah. i could tell from the font. You guys did all the work for them!
yeah, i don't think ponies usually sell for much, but then i haven't seen a complete set of any of the ponies with all of the fabrics. i think they were just the ones with the fence pieces n such that i've seen on ebay. hmmm. i guess i'll wait it out for another couple days or weeks or so. we'll see. Thanks for your feedback, Misty. =]

My last complete prancing ponies set I sold went for about $16.00. Unfortunately the horse and pony sets are not as sought after unless they are the very rare ones. (filly and a couple others.) But it sounds like you guys are already aware of that. I never have good luck with horse sets, only if in BIG lots with near complete pieces, otherwise not so much. Hopefully you'll have better luck... Yeah, that seller...haha....

Speaking of that listing of plagiarism, I noticed that the listing changed and i remembered that there were bidders to that lot, then i realized ebay must have pulled the listing. She wrote this in her new relisted listing:
"So sorry for the ones bidding on this lot someone got mad at me for cutting and pasting and I am still new to selling on e-bay. I did not think they would mind because there auction was ending I was wrong!! I tried to put this up again as soon as I could."
awww man, i feel bad now. =[ i guess there's an explanation for everything, ya know. ;]

oops! I actually did not mind too much, people do that on ebay all the time. They even use my pictures sometimes too. Happy New Year all!

it's a form of flattery i guess. =] hopefully if they use your pictures, they are at least mentioning in the listing that the items pictured are not their exact items. =]
Thanks again for the feedback girls. =]

Actually its against ebay policy to steal other people's auctions, and I DID mind because it took me like 20 minutes to type all that junk out, and not only did she steal my text, she put up 2 lots very similar to my pony and seaworld lots before mine ended. so I emailed ebay and they removed it. not fast enough though. I still made out like a bandit on all those sets. $183 before taking out the shipping costs. Thats more than double what I paid for the entire lot, only sold half. I can't wait for some new lots to go up.
