I had basically an exact same thing happen. I ordered something late January of this year. It was for my husbands birthday in Feb. His birthday came and went and no sign of a package. So I emailed Bill, he said I should wait a while longer, so I did and still nothing. He said that he would try to send the package again, but after a few months of receiving nothing I got fed up and emailed some more. This time with no response. It actually took my husband sending an angry email for us to get a response. He said he could try to send it again or he could refund us. We of course said refund since it seemed he wasn't going to get the package to us. I think it was then about four or five months till I eventually got the refund. Granted the expiration date on my card had changed during the time it all happened. But still, it probably shouldn't have taken as long as it did. I appreciate all the pictures Bill provides as sneak peaks, but sadly I could never bring myself to use his services again.

AWWW THAT STINKS!!! I was gonna buy stuff off his site but im getting secound thoughts now I was gonna get 2 ponies i missed out on from the sea side celebration and a set of Toddler TMNT but when i checked the shipping it came to like 36 bucks in total wich i thought was a little out ragous so now im glad i didnt get them if you guys are having this kind of trouble

Normally I do not mind threads that actually critique my site, my service, or even me, but as with most threads like this, they start to stray from the point pretty quick as more and more people who have never dealt with me start to voice opinions. I also do not like to respond to threads like this but failure to do might imply that I do not care about what is said about me or what my customers think; while replying sounds spiteful, petty, and arguementive, so I am in the wrong either way. So I apologize in advance if anyone takes offense to this post, as I try to be straight forward and honest, and maybe a little frank; but I felt something had to be said
In terms of Pearlsmom23 and Ilfiorelaluna, as far as I know the situations they mentioned have been resolved last I knew. Ilfiorelaluna even updated his post to reflect that as well (thank you). Dorkbrain's situation was resolved as well, but I do not duck out and pass the buck. I am sorry to all three of these people and while I am glad we resolved the situation, I am sorry that it happened.
As Sunnie Bunny had an actual comment concerning the site, I can respond to that. Shipping is based off USPS rates. $36 seems high for a 3 pound box to NY, unless you chose Express Mail instead of Priority Mail, as Priority would probably be around $10
In terms of other comments made, I will try to address the ones that actually address an issue a person might have with me or my site
1) We do not use a cell phone out of Tyler TX. We use Vonage and since they have no 318 area code numbers where we are located, we went to 903. If for some reason someone lists that as a cell phone, I do not know why nor do I have control over that.
2) While BBB has contacted us about the few complaints mentioned, those people usually do not even bother contacting us at all, and when we are notified, we respond with all proper info and documents.
3) I am still an active Ebay member. I abandoned the user name billstoysandgames a while ago due to threatening e-mails I received when I would purchase lots for the purpose of reselling them individually. I use a name in no way associated with the site since all it is used for is buying.
4) I do not post pics here as any form of advertising or such. I post them as I feel the fans deserve as up to date info as possible, and since I have access to that at times, I feel I should provide it whenever possible. I use an openly recognized name so people do not think I am trying to be underhanded and go behind ilfiorelaluna's back and solicit business while not a paid advertiser here.
As for the people who have never shopped with us before, but felt the need to comment, while I hold no ill will; all I can say is how do you know what we are like unless you try us?

This issue has now been resolved to the satisfaction of both myself and Pearlsmom, and Bill has had a chance to post his reply. I would finally just like to say that this was the fourth time I'd ordered from his company, and the first three times were completely problem-free. As always, please use your own discretion when ordering from any internet site. Bill is welcome to continue posting here. Thank you all for your feedback.
