Has anyone ordered anything for Bill's before? And if you have did you get what you ordered??? I placed an order on July 29th. Today is October 3rd. No merchandise No refund. Paypal cannot do anything since 45 days have past. Bill will not respond to my recent e-mails. He did at first, saying he would ship the order again, then he said he would process the refund....and still nothing. Just wondering...

Wow, thats terrible. I have never ordered anything from there, but I have been tempted too. After hearing this, I will not.

Yikes--hopefully that's not typical of how he does business--hopefully. (I've never ordered from him).
Edited--I had suggested contacting the Better Business Bureau, but my husband said he didn't think they got involved with internet business. I'm not sure what your options are. I really hope it gets resolved soon!!

I am actually having the same trouble right now. We ordered months and months ago - about 6 - and never got it. Bill said he shipped it, and then shipped it again, and nothing. He keeps saying he's refunding it, but we haven't seen it, and the CC company won't refund it.... not sure what to do. It was about $80 worth of stuff, too.

i worked for a credit card company for along time. you guys need to call the credit card company and dispute the charge. use that term. tell them you ordered over the internet and never received the package. they will then send you a form to fill out. they then handle it from there. they are a tought bunch in that department and will require him to produce shipping receipts and what not. if he can't they will refund you and then they will go after him, even possibly take away his credit card priveleges if he does not. if you guys need any other info please feel free to email me...

okay...Here is what I have found out about Bills... He is no longer an ebay member... His phone number is listed as a cell phone in Tyler Texas, and business in Shreveport Louisiana.... The better business bureau has complaints on him. www.shreveport.bbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=14000044We can file complaints at the above and at FTC. I don't know exactly how paypal works with the dispute, as I tried today to file and I am over the 45 days. But I will call tomorrow and find out. I figured the guy to be legit as he posts here on the boards and never seen a complaint before....Maybe you Moderators can block him from posting anymore.

when you paypal'd did you use your credit card. doesn't matter about the 45 days and you can still call. that really stinks about him.. sorry guys

Thats horrible! Wasn't he the one awhile back giving updates here along with new pics? To stiff what could have been his most loyal customers is awful! Plus using a forum to do it? Yikes!

FYI, for a credit card dispute it will only work if you have NOT paid off that portion of the card. So if your like me and pay the balance in full each month, you may lose any right to dispute. And from what I know about paypal disputes its only effective if the other member has funds in his paypal account that they can disperse to you. Try possibly under the paypal buyer protection policy?

i DUNNO, PAYPAL STRIPPED MONEY OUT OF MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR A GIRL WHO BOUGHT A CUSTOM AND I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY IN THERE, IT PUT ME IN THE NEGATIVE. jUST DISPUTE IT......
