They're probably Japanese sets. I saw a MIB set of the Cutesy Kittens where they had eyes like that. Well, they did on the photo on the box, but I don't know what was inside. This seems to confirm it! Japan's Nomura Toy (T.N.) made it... which was bought by Hasbro in the early 90s.  |

yeah! i noticed that! thanks for posting about that, angelbear. =D i thought that they were either fakies or littlest pet shop from another country. never woulda guessed japan, but now it all makes sense. i was thinking more of a european country. thanks so much Zuse! you truly DO know a lot! =D

Yeah, that's a good way to think about it as a collector. ;D i'm considering bidding if i see those again. would be cool if they came with the box.

The same seller seems to have some other groups for sale that include some of the animals. No official sets, though.

I think I saw that dog srt on ebay a while ago. this version is a bit odd.

No official sets, though. yeah, i saw it. =] but i figured that i can wait on it. i guess i would rather buy the pets alone in a lot. don't know about getting a whole set yet. oh well, guess that's the end of it for now... |
