Hi, I collect LPS for my daughter who is 8. She loves lambs and has at least 100 (not LPS) of them. She also loves LPS. I'm on a mission to find out all that I can about the LPS lambs. I thought we had them all; but I'm learning that there are more out there. Right now I'm frantically trying to get hold of a LPS t-shirt with the lamb and "I'm usually good; but sometimes I'm baaaad" printed on it in a kids 14/16. I'm also trying to find a teeniest tiniest pasture. Apparently those have to be preordered for a May shipment unless they are purchaed from Hasbro where they have been "Coming Soon" for weeks now.
Why does it say Chihuahua after my username?

Hello and Welcome! The lambs are adorable! What other lambs does she collect? I haven't seen that t-shirt, but then, my daughter is still in the toddler clothes, so we don't look often. Do you know what store it is sold in, I could check around here for you! Also, which lambs you are still looking for? It says Chihuahua, as sort of a rating thing, I think -- like as your posts go up, you get different animals, and your stars grow (I think I'm at Butterfly?)

She has about every lamb imaginable from Dayspring, Gund, Ty (her favorite is Lamby Baby (retired) The t-shirt is from wal-mart; but I'm afraid that I'm probably too late on it. I have it on my Want it Now on ebay. A far as LPS lambs she has the one with the bunny (sorry I don't know numbers yet), the Target tube peach one, McDonlads pink and white, and the grey one. She's getting for Easter the Target eggs, Lamb and Pony, and Around the World. I went to ebay and discovered the latest while trying to find the LPS Spring basket that Target ran out of; but now has in stock.
I'm trying to figure out how to load pictures. I would have sworn there was a thread on that earlier.

Sounds like she has a lot of the LPS Lambs! Here is the list of Lambs: -- 170, McDonalds White Lamb -- 171, McDonalds Pink Lamb -- 186, Cream with Pink Bow & Blue eyes (paired with a bunny) -- 477, Grey with purple Eyes (Pet Lovin' Zoo) -- 447, Tan with blue bow, scarf, and eyes (Winter 2007 Tubes) -- 396, White with blue eyes, pink hat/shaw (Target Pets Around the World) -- unnumbered white, with cream face lamb (exclusive to a carrying case set) -- 376, white, with grey face and pink bow (Bobblin Barn) -- 549, white, with grey face and blue bow (Target Easter Eggs 2008) -- 585, Pink Lamb with plaid hat (paired with a pony giftset) I think that's all of the G2 ones, I think their might have been some in the vintage sets, but I don't collect those! Hope that helps, anyway! Also, the board for posting pictures: lpscollectors.proboards56.com/index.cgi?board=brag&action=display&thread=1146092422

Welcome from another lamb-lover from Illinois!!! The lambs are also my favorites!!! I have quite a few lambs myself, but nothing like my mom's collection. She has lambs/sheep all over their house. We used to raise sheep when I was at home, so that's one reason we love them so much.
Allison did a great job filling you in on all the lambs. And I recently found out that there is one G1 lamb, and it seems to be kind of rare. I will soon have all the G2 lambs, but I'm hoping to all get a hold of the G1 one.
By the way, I don't have any kids and collect for myself. I've been collecting since Jan. 2007 and I have about 350. I'm trying to limit myself more now, but it's really hard when they are so cute.
Welcome again!
p.s. I'm also anxiously waiting for the Teeniest Tiniest Pasture!

Thanks for the list! I have all except for the unnumbered one, now I want it . :-( My daughter is saving her allowance to one day buy sheep. We visited a farm last year with red sheep and black sheep last year. My daughter got to hold a red sheep.
Ok, I can't contain my excitement........I just won a bid on ebay for the teeniest tiniest pasture and got it for only 99 cents (just discovered laptop doesn't have a cent symbol? wierd!). so there was the matter of shipping, but at $12 I think I have a deal. I am a little apprehensive though since it doesn't have a box, but is suposedly new. The seller was from Hong Kong and had a good rating. Should I be worried?

Hello! The others have given you lots of great information! The lambs are very cute, I agree... although personally I just LOVE pigs. I've started to collect them recently and am growing quite a collection! Unforutnately, my LPS collection is still very small and I haven't gotten ahold of a pig yet ... soon, very soon... Been considering buying a single from the "selling" page on here! If I get any sets with lambs you don't have, I'll be happy to trade for pigs I, like mrsvalden, don't have any kids (yet), but collect for myself. It's very fun though! At any rate, welcome (I'm fairly new too!). ;D

My daughter says that she has three pigs. In fact, she has already brought them to me. Two are identical tan with pink hooves and blue eyes. The third is pale yellow with orange hooves and a star on its front leg. My daughter said the yellow came with the cow and lamb barnyard set.
Have you seen the Furreal Pig? I prordered the Furreal Lamb (not from Hasbro) and waited three months to get the pig by mistake. I sent it back and bought the lamb on ebay since the seller told me I would have to wait for the next shipment to get the lamb. Horrible Customer service!

I just saw the lamb at a local bargain store yesterday, it is so darling! I almost picked it up. My daughter has a kitty Furreal that she got as a gift, but she really liked the yellow duckling one we saw at the store the other day. I am debating about whether I want to pick it up or not.

I'll have to check those out. Thanks!! This is my favorite book of all time...The Little Lamb by Phoebe Dunn. It's a children's book from the 70s with wonderful photos of a lamb and a little girl that adopts her. Here's the amazon link. www.amazon.com/Little-Lamb-Pictureback-R/dp/0394834550/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1207193187&sr=8-2I actually didn't know about it until a few years ago when my mom got a copy of it at a yard sale for my nephews. I took it for myself! Then just the other week I found a book that has 6 of Phoebe Dunn's stories in it (the lamb one, plus The Little Pig, The Little Duck, The Little Rabbit, The Little Puppy and The Little Kitten.) It was a hardback book and it only cost $10. I was so excited. So now I have my very own copy.

Thanks for the link! I don't think we have that book. We love the Nancy Shaw book; they are so funny. I think our favorite is actually the Farmer Brown book though. My daughter loves that the sheep want their wool back and the illustrations of the naked shivering sheep are hilarious. We found them all at our local library and of course we had to have them. Did you notice the red lamb in my signature? I think it looks more like a calf, but what do I know. This old farm girl was recently heard at the feedstore commenting on the chicks without the fur on thier neck. I didn't relaize my mistake until later when old gentleman asked his wife if she saw the chicks without "feathers" on their neck. He was snickering when he said it. Ok, so I have to add the Dayspring All Sheep Nativity Scene to the must haves...ok, so all of there Really Wooly Collection too. store.dayspring-store.com/rewonaco.html

Oh my goodness...those are adorable!! I might have to get those. My mom would love them. Maybe I should get her some for Christmas already. Thanks for the link.
I really did think that red lamb looked like a calf too. I mean, it's "hair"/wool? didn't look quite right for a calf...it was too curly. But the coloring is just like a calf. Where did you see that little one at?

One of my online students has a farm with black and red sheep. She invited us over to see the baby lambs. She had about a dozen lambs.
