Well, you have to read the auction definition. Only some people read it, others just bid. And also it says new release. But why would you pay $12.00 for something that you could pre-order for cheaper.

You should always read your descriptions. I always do being from Canada. Its not against ebay rules to sell pre-orders. As long as they ship within 30 days of the listing ending then thats fine. As for someone paying more for what you can preorder them for well I can say from experience that I had no idea about being able to preorder them until I found this board. ;D And some of the places that preorder charge outrageous prices to ship to foriegn countries. Also I know that BBTS is sold out on there preorder of the whale and polar bears I do believe. I wish that I had preordered them. I might start preordering again because I cant afford to drive all around to find these things. That could be another reason some people will pay those prices. Gas is $1.17 per litre here which means its $4.68 per gallon here. I cant afford it. When I go looking for pets I hit the only 3 stores that sell LPS. Most of the time they have nothing. Pets that are released in the US sometimes take months to show up here. I can only go once a week because my gas budget is a lot less than my dh's.

I saw that too... I thought it was a bit shabby that they didn't put the preorder thing in the title, or where it popped out more.
