Thanks for the pictures. I'm not going to the party (Geoffrey's) tomorrow at TRU. But my sister is, I hope she gets them for my dd's bday. She says she's going solely to buy some VIP's for dd. Last year, the "party" was pretty lame. Not worth going unless you were going anyway.

Thanks so much for such detailed pics, Luvponies! Although these guys are pretty pricey, I'd definitely get the petite LadyBug. I love the first one, my DD keeps her in her bed.

The cat is the colour of cat vomit. Ick. I totally agree with you mouse, the color is unappealing. Looking at it kind of hurts my eyes.

Walmart has their own for $24.96. They are labeled VIP BFF's. They aren't in stock yet, but I read the planogram. They will be displayed next to the VIP's.

If you consider the regular VIP's are about $14 each and up (depending on where you get them) then that means the small ones would be around $10 to $12. So that doesn't seem to be out of line with the regular single VIP's. Of course, if you consider the regular VIP's to be expensive, then naturally it follows that these would also seem to be expensive.

I was thinking that I would want only 1 plush out of 2 in the pack and that's why I thought out loud that it was expensive. We don't collect all of the VIPs, just a few that we thought were adorable enough. I definitely like the petite ladybug, I just wish she was sold separately.

Well, yeah, if you just want one of the two pets, then that changes the whole dynamics of it. Easy solution: Just find someone else who only wants the one you don't want! Or sell the other one on eBay.

Huntress and I are of similar mind on this: I also only collect the VIP's I think are really cute. I also really like that smaller ladybug, but I also don't know if I want to spend $25 for one small plushie. And I have never sold anything on ebay and I'd be worried about finding a buyer for the other pet...So, I guess I'll just wait and see exactly how cute that little ladybug turns out to be in person. I would love an entire line of smaller VIP's

Since we already have a ladybug VIP, if I can't get it at a reasonable price, I'll just have to live without it.
