I've tried the Colonix, Everything tastes fine, you won't have a problem getting it down. You do drink tea in the evening, it helps get things moving so you "go" in the morning.. just read all the directions good. You can try it for a couple weeks and if it's not for you, you can send it back and they'll refund your money no questions asked. Hey, Sherry! I'm really curious what your opinion of Colonix was. Did you feel better after doing it? Great job on the exercise, by the way!!

"I even did one while she was wrapping up." "Seriously, don't ever poop in our bed again." Oh my!! Hahhahahhahahahhaha! So many great ones in this episode. A classic! By the way...did you watch the new show, Testees, after Sunny? Bizarre...and yet funny too. I don't think I'd cry if I missed it, but since it's on after Sunny, I'll probably watch it. Very odd though...

Putting ON weight is DEFINATLY ALOT easier than taking it off! The positive changes make me feel good either way, although at my height and weight I do need to lose some weight. ATLEAST 30 pounds for my health! After that it will be my opwn personal goal.
I have to say I have been slipping a tiny bit....a few sweets here and there add up!

At 13 years old I would not recommend a diet, and at 120 pounds and 5'5" you are probably underweight! If anything you can just make healithier choices in the food you eat. Here is a good guide to how much you should weigh and how to determine your bone structure: www.masez.com/weightloss/r_3getting_started.shtml

I haven't received my Colonix yet. Even if I do receive it this week, I might hold off on starting it until next Monday. This coming Sunday I'm going to the Cowboys/Ram football game in St. Louis (yay!) I don't relish the thought of having to use the icky stadium restroom too many times. Mouse, you mentioned that I had lost inches even though not pounds. That's true. I can now fit into 2 pair of jeans that I had trouble with just a few months ago. They still aren't as loose as I would like, but they are doable, and they weren't before (they cut me in two.) So that's very cool. I just wish it showed up on the scales...I love to see those numbers drop!! I'll hang onto the fact that Sensei Cutie said to a bunch of guys, "Carol has definitely lost weight."

But I watched what I ate for 2 weeks and lost about 5-7 pounds. I should also be taking in 15 calories times 125 pounds or 1875 calories per day the website says and somtimes 2,250, but I try to only take 1,400 or less in one day.

ALRIGHT Carol.....that is the best when someone notices...especially Sensei Cutie! Sk8er till I die: They say women should NEVER go under 1500 calories in a day unless suggested by a doctor. And as a growing girl I would say you should be way above that! You do not want to stunt your growth....I would talk to your mom or your doctor about how you feel with your weight and get their opinion.
