Kung Fu Panda. VERY cute! We all loved it! It was very cute! Can't wait for it to come out on DVD. I did like the underlining theme as well. We saw the new Incredible Hulk today. It was really good for a Hulk movie - which is so hard to make right. I thought Edward Norton did a great job being Bruce Banner. He is such a talented actor.

just watched The Bucket List and cried my eyes out Really? I didn't want to see this because I thought it would be too 'fluffy'. I didn't think it would be a make-you-cry movie. We're still watching TV series at the moment. Finished watching OZ - did anyone else who's watched this think it got cheesier and cheesier towards the end? I also think it tried to be too highbrow - I don't know if highbrow is what I mean. Like it tried too hard to address issues and be smart and thought provoking? We've just finished watching the first season of Rome which was alright and now we're watchig this series made in the early 90's called 'Dark Shadows - The revival' which has the guy who played Tommy in 'Third Rock from the sun' in it, when he was little. It's quite a strange series and has some very strange looking people in it. It reminds me a bit of 'Passions' - now wasn't that a strange show! Is that still being made in the US? For some reason, I was a fan of the Dark Shadows from the early 90's. I'm not sure why...wasn't Jamie Gertz in that? I usually like her..maybe that's why. Talk about cheesy...have you seen the original Dark Shadows? I think it was from the 60s. Wow! That was a lot like Passions, from what I've seen. I believe Passions is still on. I refuse to watch, because it replaced my beloved Another World, and I was furious. A great soap (as great as soaps can be, anyway) replaced by a piece of poop (sorry, Passions fans.) I assume that it's supposed to be humorous?

I just watched Little Miss Sunshine. What a great movie!! I loved every minute of it!! ;D It has jumped into my top 20 movies. That little girl that played Olivia was just wonderful. She reminded me of myself when I was little...kinda weird, but sweet. And I had more than one pair of glasses that looked just like hers. My hair was long and straight like that. She was me! Except I was way too shy to get up on a stage like that.

I assume that it's supposed to be humorous? Totally agree w/ you about Passions!! It first came on when I was 10, in 1999 and I remember my mom and grandma where so upset that it replaced another world. I never watched AW though, so I started to watch the show and I became a big fan of Sheridan and Luis. But that darn show moved like a turtle!! I would get so frustrated, then to make things worse it got weirder than it already was. So I became fed up and just stopped watching it all together about a year before they took it off NBC completely. I still watch Days of Our Lives though, I've honestly been watching that show since I was 2(Probably before, because my Mom ALWAYS had it on, but 2 is the earliest I can remember watching). Sometimes I just want to go to NBC studios in Burbank and start telling the writers what to do, though! Even though I get mad at the show sometimes, I don't think I'll ever stop watching it. I love Bo and Hope too much (and some other characters too!).

I rented National Treasure 2, I have to get around to watching it though. My Dad really likes these kinds of movies, he's a history buff. He loved the first movie b/c a lot of it had to do w/ the Masons and the Knight's Templar (he's a mason so he was super excited that the movie's theme revolved around the masons).
Tomorrow Fool's Gold comes out on DVD and I really wanted to see it when it was in the movies, but I never got a chance to, so I'm definitely going to rent it first chance I get! Has anyone seen it? Is it any good?

Horton Hears A Who at the $1 theater. That Jim Carrey is a nut!
BTW...Has anyone seen M. Night Shyamalan's "The Happening?" I like his stuff but I overheard someone say it was the "worst" movie ever.
