Those are SO precious, I can't even get over it! My daughter is now singing "Somewhere over the Rainbow" at the top of her lungs, haha! I think the Tinman is my favorite. Too darling. I don't have any recommendations on how to break them up or to keep them as a set. Good luck on your decision! ETA: The picture of the WIP witch totally made me think of Yoda, haha!

WOW!!!!! I'm so very impressed! This is one awesome set. I love Dorothy and then you made the bad witch...now that's my fav. I would be iffy on listing it only because of how ebay goes. I've had my feelings hurt as of late becuase you spend hours upon hours on these little guys and then they don't sell for nearly what they are worth. I'd be tempted to put a reserve on them? Don't let me sway you..it's all up to you. FANTASTIC job!

Love the witches! They are both fantastic and really reflect the characters we all know. Your costume sculping is PERFECT. I just love these. I don't know how you should sell them either. You have so much work into this.... I wouldn't know how to price it. Make sure to cross market it to Wizard of Oz collectors as well! Any chance of "glitterizing" the ruby slippers? If this was going in a gallery instead of on ebay, it should sell for at least $250. if not more. I would suggest to photograph it more like a gallery. Go to a craft of specialty paper goods store and get a nice background that can work like a seamless. (place the pice of paper on the table and then place something behind it so it sort of rolls up w/ no crease.) You might even find a nice background painting in a wizard of oz book... something that shows the emerald city in the background. The thing is, the background will work better if you take the page out of the book and lay it out like a seamless backdrop. I would also suggest shooting pics w/ and w/out flash. Shoot both ways. Before you move your camera or models, shoot a couple w/ and a couple w/ out flash. the without flash may come out richer. I have found that if I set my models up w/ a window behind me and one to the side, I get nice, natural light. Then, you can crop your pics and add a border or something depending on what program you use.

Travelin' LPS Gal- Wow, this is amazing advice. thank you so much for taking the time to give me these tips! I am going to try to list this weekend, but I need to give the backdrop some thought. And thanks, everyone for your kind words! Trust me, coming from you TALENTED gals, it is QUITE the compliment! Celia

This is a great set! I love your yellow brick road base. Dorothy and the good witch are my favorites. You picked great dog molds to represent all the figures!!!
Good Luck with your auction.
