I was inspired to do another custom after I saw the movie SPIRIT STALLION OF THE CIMMARON. The custom is inspired, but not entirely based off of the mare in movie. The custom horse has a chestnut base with cream coloured patches and spots on her body. Her eyes are completely repainted. This was only my second time repainting the eyes too. I think I'm getting better at it . I'm very proud of this custom . It turned out much better than I had anticipated. When it was about 90% done I was about to give up on it because it just didn't work for me. Something was off about it, but now that it's finished I think I actually like it. Can't tell you why though ;D. Please visit this page if you wish to learn more about American Paint Hroses... www.kyhorsepark.com/imh/bw/paint.html#historyI might add a feather in the mane just like the mare in the movie. What do you think? Hmm.... Hope you like it

What a wonderful splash of color !
If Hasbro made them like that, he'd definitely be on my hunting list !

Okay I really don't think anyone from Hasbro has ever checked into this site because if they had they would surely asked you if you wanted a job working for them!!
Did I mention that a paint horse was on my wish list for top 5 things I'd like to see??

Ohhhh I love it!! I wish I was so talented... I'd make a whole herd of different coloured ponies! (That is... if the horsey's where available in Holland, sigh) I'd definalty add the feather, it would look neat! So... is it's name 'Rain' too, just like the mare from Spirit?

Amazing! Yours are much better than those people who sell on ebay (no offense to anyone here who does that!) and make upwards of $50 on them. Hasbro needs to hire you on for designs. A designer LPS collection would be so awesome! Like they do with Barbies and the dress designers.
Also, kudos on the artistic placement of the spots! I dig it!

absolutely fantastic! I love the choice of colors and the eyes look amazing!
You and chihuahuamamma should go into business selling your customs on ebay. Or submit to hasbro. Too much undiscovered talent.
I love how your customs are related to some real life inspiration and how you educate us in the process. Thanks for putting so much thought into it.

Oh My Goodness! That is amazing! You are very talented. I would definitely add the feather, although it is still wonderful without it. Thanks for sharing your creation. Kellyn

Would you paint the feather on, or just glue a tiny one on? Just curious!
Also, is the "scenery" from playmobil or another set?
