I forget I have freckles until you or Carol bring it up. They used to be more noticeable as a kid. I hated them at one time, 'cause kids made fun of them. "Freckle Face" - that kind of thing. Nothing too bad, but any negative attention when you're a kid seemed so bad. My mom would tell me they were angel kisses. Sloppy kissers!

If that's the only thing people teased you about, you were one lucky kid! I was made fun of alot. "bubble butt" (I think that's where my nickname Boodie came from), "beachball eyes", my nose was small, my lips were big, my ears are big, my feet are big, my hands are big, I walk like a duck....need I go on? I'm bringing up too many memories! Oh and I have a birthmark on the side of my face in front of my ear that people were always coming up to me saying, "you have dirt of your face". Kids can be so cruel. I love your freckles though and which I had more. There is nothing cuter than a freckled nose! Do your adorable girls have freckles? Would love to see more pix of them! Nope. They're faces are clean of angel kisses.
I had some more teasing. For one, my "chest was as flat as my back". Remember that rhyme. That was great! I was tall and thin, "Beanpole", "Toothpick". I got a horrible boy haircut, and being flat chested, was called a boy. I was never popular in K-8th grade. "Dork", "Nerd". In 7th grade, I had a very cute, popular boyfriend. Kid's would call us Beauty and the Beast. But guess which one was the beast? Yep, me. I've always had big feet, but it stopped bothering me when I came up with the line, "I have to have big feet, I'm tall. Otherwise I'd fall over." High school was fun for me. I wasn't popular, but I wasn't unpopular. My senior year, I won Most Humorous. That was a wonderful feeling. I didn't think I was going to win, because I was up against a very funny POPULAR girl. But, alas, I won. I think it was because she was friends with the popular people. I was friends with every genre. I probably even got the gangster vote. Hollar!

E. You are Humorous. Your pics are great! You have a cute family...you look like you all have fun together.
I was called toothpick, beanpole, and spaghetti...the worst was Anna...short for anorexic. I bet they're all wishing they were as skinny as we were now! Haters!

Wow! You posted the pictures, Elizabutt!! You know I love those pictures. You and your whole family are beautiful!! Seriously! I love the way it looks like your hair is blowing in the wind in the top one. And the one of you and your hubby is just too cute! My husband would never let me take a picture like that of us. He's such a poopyhead when it comes to pictures.
Would you believe that I was only a few votes away from being voted Prom Queen my senior year? It's because I was nice to everyone in school. Not just my close friends. And not just the popular kids or whatever. I mean, some of the popular kids were my friends, but also the smart kids. And I was nice to all of 'em, even the "skanks", if you know what I mean? I didn't ever judge people on their social status or money or clothes or anything silly like that. And people knew it. So none of the popular kids got Queen. The girl that beat me out by a couple votes was a friend of mine, just a nice girl whose cousin got King. So that's my story. I was almost Prom Queen. That would've been a hoot.

You are so pretty, Elizabeth! And your family is beautiful. Your little girls are so cute! How old are they?
I always wanted freckles, too!
I was the first girl to get boobs (and I had 32D's at age 12) so I always got teased about that. The girls were so mean to me about it! And braces. Kids can be so cruel.
