Oh, a Juicy purse for your dog? Gillian and I are big fans of Juicy, just ask Gillian, Allison! You have to take a pic sometime! ^^ Yeah! She lives at my parents' house, since our lofts don't allow dogs, but she's well taken care of. I'll have to snag a picture soon of her!

No way would Rusty ever sit still for any of that. we got antlers for him the first year that we got him. He refused to wear them. Although he was a good sport the year before and dressed up as spider man. LOL.

Your dogs are adorable, too, Mystic!!! I love Honey's expression -- too cute!! Hehe, thank you. I do love my girls. And yes, Honey is always giving me great expresions when I take pictures.. I think on this one the flash was too bright so she sorta closed her eyes or blinked, LOL. Nala is a sweetie pie... by far the best dog I've ever had. It's funny, as a puppy she was a little terror (didn't come to her name, always chewed stuff, even ate through a drywall in an apartment we were in) and then when she turned 1y/o, everything I'd been trying to teach her finally "clicked" and she's been the best, most wonderful thing in my life since! She's very empathetic too.. she's so in tune w/ human emotion, it's really impressive. She's a great caretaker when I'm sick (actually when my Mom was visiting and had a migraine, Nala was taking care of her, and apparently my mom tried to call me to get her something, but I didn't hear - she was petting Nala and said, "Nala, Get Carly"... Nala came in to me and nudged me w/ her nose over and over... I thought she just wanted attention or to play, but a few minutes later I checked on my mom - I'm convinced now that's what she was doing! Honey is comical, lol... I got her as a playmate for Nala, but my fiancee and I are convinced she's mentally retarded. She has the attention span of a gnat and the energy of a jack rabbit on steroids. I'm sad to say, she's the scapegoat of my little "family" ... and yes, we find amusement by pushing her off the bed over and over when she jumps up in a hyper rage (she never gets it, and always jumps right back up, LOL). She is definitely a little clown (oohh *light bulb* halloween idea!). While I was typing, I remembered last year for Halloween, the girls were a ladybug and butterfly- I should show your their LPS ladybug and butterfly outfits, but I can't find the picture... While I was looking, though, I did find 2 of my parents dogs, Buster and Toby: Buster is a chihuahua, so as such he can't dress up as a LPS chihuahua.. but he DID dress up as a true Mexican Chihuahua once... And Toby (min-pin) has dressed up as a Squeeky Clean LPS: .... as well as a Rainy Day LPS (ok, so they don't have this but if they did): ... and a tough-guy LPS (ok, they dont have this either, lol): Ahh, I do miss the little boys, LOL.

Your "sheep dog" is just too cute!! What a neat idea!! Was that for Christmas or for Halloween? It was for Halloween the year before last. It was my daughter's idea. Bander was way too naughty during the parade so he was replaced by Bessy last year. We decided she would make a cute Underdog and would be much milder tempered. It went fine until the free hotdogs at the end. She loves her hotdogs. Dogs are so much fun to dress-up. I'm really enjoying everyone's pictures.

Yes, these are pictures of our dogs.
I'm not sure what happened to your cousin's dog, and since you say you don't either, I wouldn't make any assumptions.
We are responsible dog owners, and while they may endure slight embarassment at being dressed up for 5minutes, I am quite certain it is harmless, most definitely not going to cause an animal blindness.

Ducky, I assure you our Doberman is not blind. I don't know how a tutu can make a dog blind, unless it ran into the wall with rage.
Thank you, Mystic. (: Haha, I totally agree with your second statement. ^^

Yeah, Nyla is NOT blind. I don't think its possible to make a dog blind with a tutu unless your cousin scared your dog REALLy badly, it bumped into something, or your cousin poked or hurt its eyes while attempting to put it on.
And don't get me wrong. I know almost EVERYTHING there is to know about dogs and horses. I know every breed too. xDD
Thank you Mystic. I so totally agree. xDD

I have the most adorable jean jacket coming for princess. We have been talking about what to get them for costumes and we are thinking a Prince and Princess. LOL. Or we saw this cute little hot dog costume so the thought of dressing them both like that. I am starting to look now that way I can beat the halloween rush...
