Boring answer, but I don't store them at all. If I don't like the pet enough to have it out displayed, then I won't keep it in my collection.

well i got the LPS Carrying Case that holds over 150 pets! Since my daughter plays with them and is only about to turn 4 I've decided that this would be best. Maybe when she's older and takes the collecting more seriously then we'd probably go organized. Right now I just stick with the carrying case and everyday I go over the check list to ensure that we've not lost anyone during play!
I do plan on either buying or making similar shelves to those that display shot glasses... That's how I will be displaying her more valuable pets that are the "Not to be played with" type.

I wish Hasbro made the Pet Lovin' Showcase out of wood instead of foam and cardboard. It would look really nice repainted. I love the shape of it though but not the materials.

That's a really kewl idea. Did you have to put yours together with glue? I find that the side pieces will fold up no matter how much weight you put on them to flatten them out.

I'm not very creative usually, so I was pretty proud of myself. No, I didn't have to glue mine. They've stayed together so far.

I really need to get at least one of these for my new collection (yes, I can probably fit all my pets in one at this point, lol)... but I can't see spending $15 for a silly little cardboard/plastic container.... Maybe I'll try to get creative.. or wait until I do taxes and get a refund

And it is pretty handy.... we have one, and I am impressed it has survived/held-up to how my daughter plays with it, despite it being cardboard... it's pretty sturdy!

Hehe, yeah, I definitely plan to... a bit short on money at the moment though, so I should wait a bit before I do. *sigh*

These are some of my daughters pet shops she wanted to share with everyone. We keep them in the tackle boxes.

This is how we organize our pets. I have to set some more for our newer pets. We just keep them in the LPS storage for right now. It works so good because the kids know exactly where to put them when they have to put them away. I am still trying to find the right kind of cases for the bigger pets like the giraffe and the long eared bunnies and the big eared spaniels. Those are the only ones that I cannot get into these organizers. I'm planning to pick some of these up... I don't suppose you know what size compartments fit best? I guess I can smuggle one of my LPS in with me to try them out .. thought I'd ask just in case you knew what size you used, though.

The only pets that I have not been able to get into the organizers are the big eared spaniels, the great danes, the long eared bunnies, and the giraffes. I think those are the only ones that will not fit into every compartment. I am trying to find some other containers to maximize on space but minimize on budget.
